I have a dinner party this weekend, and I am looking for a few simple cheeses that everyone can enjoy. I’m not to fussed on strong cheeses and was wondering if you could recommend anything?

Hi Kate thank you for your inquiry, I would recommend trying a fruit cheese from our Mable’s range, which include some interesting flavours such as Mellon and Mango. I would also recommend trying our King Island Discovery Ash Brie, which is deliciously smooth, and a great compliment to any cheese platter. We also stock a delicious local organic double brie from Barambah Organics which is always a favourite. Hi Zone Fresh! I want to order a box of mangoes for Christmas, but I don’t think we will finish a whole try, is it possible to get half a tray ready to eat and leave the other half slightly green so as to save on any waste.

Thanks Wendy, yes absolutely we can do this. I would also recommend leaving your green mangoes in a cool dark place to ripen so that they will ripen more evenly and will avoid any skin discolouration. Thank you!
