Extruded through traditional ‘bronze dies’, for that homemade rough texture that helps pasta to absorb and hold on to any sauce and cook to perfection every single time and impeccable cooking resisitance. Caserecce Molisane, traditionally from Sicily and is a short shaped pasta that is rolled lengthways and with twist at the top, makes them perfect for holding sauces.
